Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence & Analytics – eCommerce and Customer Insight

- Liaise with variety of business stakeholders to understand Online and Customer Marketing priorities and manage the demand pipeline and requirements from the business.
- Closely cooperate with business PICs advising data availability, sources and solutions.
- Ensure data is available, collected, stored and prepared in the most efficient and effective manner, utilising tooling such as Power Automate, Databricks and Power BI platform.
- Design, build and manage reports relating to Customer Marketing/Retention Marketing including customer registrations/insights/engagement and Online stores such as Market share, Sales, Stock, Online Shop-Front Data, Customer Reviews & Ratings, Search/Keyword Advertising and other online related data.
- Understand and optimize business processes and use best possible technologies to provide optimisation and added value.
- Analyse key business performance metrics and support business stakeholders to provide intelligence to take actions. Improve and optimise existing reporting by providing new insights and analysis.
- Communicate to the business changes and developments in analytics processes and implement where appropriate new technologies and ways of working.
- Ensure all products, whether developed personally or by a third party adhere to company development standards and undergo any necessary QA checks and processes.
- Ensure that data quality and governance are positive contributors to stakeholders’ processes.
- Relevant experience in Business Intelligence/data analysis roles.
- Ability to get inspired by developing efficient solutions, powerful data visualisations and storytelling using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI with a high level of technical competence.
- Exposure to Power Automate, SQL and Python, able to understand how the implantation of such tools are essential for automation and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data management, with highly numerate and analytical, commercially astute skills.
- Understanding of Online and Customer Marketing business requirements
- Excellent organisational & time management skills with a strong ability to prioritise.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and influentially both verbally & in writing.
