SAP Planning Technician (Nagyigmand Plant Side)

What you do:

• Manage process and planned order creation in SAP
• Coordinate process order execution per processing line and ensure proper time management is respected
• Update overdue production and coordinate with different functions to resolve problems
• Participate in KPI monitoring and campaign review process
• Actively participate to continuous improvement of plant processes
• Effectively allign with lab and logistics to coordinate certification and seed release process in time
• Prepare write-off requests and follow-up product destruction
• Master data update
• Maintain batch characteristics
• Control inventories of RW, DS, CS or Fert seeds at Nagyigmand plant
• Participate in annual inventory count administration and reconciliation

• Goods issue and goods receipt for – RW, DS, CS or Fert seeds at Nagyigmand plant
• Responsible to ensure that operations are executed according to Bayer Procedures (SSHE, ISO and FCPA)
Participates, DDS Tier, production, scheduling and improvement related meetings

Who you are:

• Education: higher school graduation or university degree
• Experience in similar function is desirable
• Minimum 2 years of SAP experience and good level of SAP system knowledge
• Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Very good organizational skills and discipline
• Fluent in Hungarian (Native C2 level) and conversational English
• Excellent in communication and able to network easily
• Decision-making person with problemsolving skills and attitude
• Capable to take action in solving problems
• Able to work under pressure in meeting delivery deadlines
