We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst in Hungary, to support out local Key Account / Customer Development Manager with their daily operations!

Reporting Line: Sr. Customer Development Manager Hungary

What is the purpose of this role?

As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be in charge of administration support across a number of customers. You will support our Customer Development Manager through managing the processing of invoices for their accounts and providing their customers with key needed information and updates.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Assist Key Account Managers in day-to-day tasks, including managing client communications and preparing reports, signing contracts, scanning and mailing them
• Maintain up-to-date records of client activities, track account metrics, prepare performance reports, and analyze data to provide insights that help the account team make informed decisions
• Support the Key Account Manager with activation executions and customer presentations
• Respond promptly to client questions, requests, and minor issues in a timely manner, escalating to the Key Account Manager when necessary to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

What are we looking for?

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills as you will be the back-up of the Senior Customer Development Manager and have direct contact with our partner customers
• Strong Analytical skills and excellent in Excel
• Fluent in Hungarian and good English written and oral
