Job Summary

What you will do

• Monitor Purchase Requisitions (PR) and check process compliance.
• Create corresponding Purchase Orders (PO) and send to local site/suppliers.
• Cancel, modify, and update PO / PR flow if needed.
• Follow up on late deliveries and update PO-s.
• First contact point for Finance HUB queries/questions.
• Manage blocked vendor invoices and take necessary actions.
• Request creation of and changes to Vendor Master Data.
• Identify and drive implementation of improvements in the workflow process.
• First line of support for need owners for operational purchasing related questions.
• Perform a wide range of administrative duties.
• Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets.
• Intercompany invoicing activities.

We believe you have

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Previous experience in Supplier Management or Finance,
• Good level of Hungarian and English spoken and written is a must / additional European language would be advantageous,
• Advanced MS Office knowledge,
• Customer focused attitude,
• Attention to detail,
• Ability to work independently,
• Exceptional communication skills.

• Power BI or other data visualization platform experience,
• Experience with automation tools,
• Previous SAP knowledge.
