About the Role:
As a machine operator at Powerway Renewable Energy s.r.o., you hold a crucial position within our mission.
Your task at this position:
1. Be accountable for the commissioning, process improvement, maintenance and repair of roll forming and stamping equipment.
2. Conduct daily commissioning, the initial commissioning after product mold opening, and adjust to produce products that comply with customer drawing requirements.
3. Undertake product model change commissioning, etc., ensuring rapidity and accuracy and minimizing downtime costs to the greatest extent.
4. Deal with various product abnormalities in the production process.
5. Be responsible for the technical training of roll forming operators.
6. Prepare technical documents on the equipment site and manage 5S.
7. Accomplish other work tasks assigned by the leadership.
Our expectations from you:
1. 3 years of experience in metal forming related equipment adjustment;
2. proficient in the process principles of roll forming;
3. strong experience in on-site adjustment, mold fault elimination and solution；
4. strong sense of responsibility, initiative, proactivity and teamwork;
5. English can be used as a working language.
