Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for:
- From 5 to 8 years of post-qualification work experience gained in multinational/international companies.
- Bar exam is not required, but proven and relevant experience is.
- Great understanding of commercial and civil law.
- Professional experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating contracts with clients, contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
- Proficient in written and spoken legal English and Hungarian.
- Independence, good problem-solving skills, business thinking.
- Ability to work with autonomy, but part of a collaborative team.
- Project management skills.
- Provide legal and strategic advice at various levels on legal matters.
- Review, draft, negotiate various type of contracts.
- Provide legal review and legal risk assessment, including legal risk mitigation.
- Research and evaluation of various risk factors to support business decisions and operations.
- Regular monitoring of new legislation and regulatory requirements and their subsequent implementation.
- Cooperate with the regional legal and risk team.
- Provide support in compliance (including implementation of policies, conducting local audits, holding trainings, etc) matters.
- Encouraging personal development and growth; training opportunities and knowledge sharing.
