As the Contract and Paralegal Support Specialist Team Lead , you’ll play a central role in our drive for process efficiency, working closely with Legal and Procurement to streamline and elevate our contract processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the Contract Support Specialist team to deliver high-quality support to internal teams
• Ensure company-wide consistency with contracting standards and address any deviations
• Collaborate with Legal and Procurement on preparing and reviewing contracts, including developing and updating templates
• Conduct research on existing contracts and stay informed of laws affecting current and future contracts
• Oversee contract documentation, ensuring accurate organization and tracking in Coupa CLMa
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, helping to simplify operations and strengthen controls
• Identify and address potential legal and contractual risks to ensure compliance with laws and policies

About you

Experience:

• 5+ years in a legal support, contract specialist, or paralegal role, with leadership experience in contracting services.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with a solid grasp of legal terminology.
• Experience leading teams through change and promoting continuous improvement.

Soft skills:

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, with problem-solving abilities and data-driven insights.
• Skilled in building trust, influencing others, and driving operational excellence.

Education:

• BA/BS or advanced degree in Legal, Finance, or a business-related field.

Languages:

• Fluency in English is a must. Additional European languages are a plus.
