The Opportunity:
As Key Account Manager, Oncology - Hungary, you will be instrumental in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders in your assigned area. Using your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you will actively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and align them with the strategic objectives. In this role, you’ll take ownership of executing targeted commercial activities that drive business impact. By leveraging your problem-solving abilities and collaborative approach, you will strengthen our presence and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships, detail to groups of doctors and HC professionals.
Work strategically in order to increase the notoriety and reputation of the pharmaceutical products of the company in the assigned therapeutic and geographical area.
Strengthen the assigned area by: detailing products in all therapeutic areas of the company, allocating their time resources in alignment with the goals and strategy of the affiliate, setting together with the Sales manager of integrated plans on account level in collaboration with Medical function where appropriate and in accordance with Astellas policies.
Initiate and organize other supporting actions (e.g. CME, promotional meetings, sponsorship, etc.).
Develop a territory plan, perform market analysis at territory level, implement and monitor plan.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
Solid experience as Product Specialist, Key Account Specialist, Key Account Manager, Sales Representative or similar field commercial role.
Knowledge of the health environment in the area (reference hospitals and Key Opinion Leaders).
Demonstrated proficiency on Market/Sales Analysis.
Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:
Experience in Oncology or related therapeutic areas.
Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences or equivalent.
Intermediate level of English.
Additional information:
This is a permanent, full time position.
The position may be based in Budapest, or Eastern Hungary.
This position is field based in Hungary and 80% of travel time is expected, this role will cover Budapest and Eastern Hungary.
