Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our Dunaharaszti office. Reporting to the European Accounting Manager and a local board member, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic reporting.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting tasks and supervise invoicing teams.
• Collaborate with external partners for payroll and social security administration.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, annual financial reports, and audit documentation.
• Generate and present weekly/monthly/yearly financial reports to the European Finance Department.
• Monitor and execute financial transactions, including budget preparation and petty cash management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain up-to-date administrative records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance and/or Accounting; Registered Accountant status required.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Hungarian tax and accounting regulations.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Navision BC365 and Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, high reliability, and ability to work independently in an international team.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary, depending on experience and profile, ranging between €35,000 and €45,000 annually.
