Elvárásaink
- 2-5 years working experience in Payroll
- Studied or is willing to study for ‘Vakopleiding Payroll Services’
- Relevant experience within a HR Shared Services or complex payroll environment
- Knowledge of payroll processes, HR systems, collective labor agreement, working conditions and fiscal policy.
- Fluent Dutch and English written and spoken

Pozíció bemutatás
Payroll Specialist is positioned as part of People Services and Solutions, our shared services department, where centralized HR and Payroll processes are provided to all organizational units of the Netherlands.
- Monitoring and approving (parts of) end products manufactured by the payroll administration as a result of sub processes (e.g. Pensions, Company Cars)
- Processing mass mutations
- Answering, handling and executing deviating, not standard complex questions or calculations
- Executing remuneration for all employees of Friesland Campina including complex payment of for example Impats, Expats, EB/Supervisory Board
- Maintaining knowledge up to date with regard to the payroll administration and Time Registration system
- Initiating change requests for (necessary) system modifications and improvements
- Remaining up to date in terms of knowledge (national law & legislation, collective labor agreement and working conditions of Friesland Campina) by being proactively involved with the annual learning objectives
- Supporting the Payroll Professional to act as a Subject Matter Expert towards third parties (both internal and external).
- Being Able to carry out activities of the Payroll Officer in case of understaffing
