We have around 11,500 students, of which, approximately 2,000 are international.

We are looking for a Doctoral Study Administration Expert for a full-time position (40 hours/week) to join the University Doctoral Office (Corvinus Doctoral Schools) at the Corvinus University of Budapest. The University Doctoral Office is responsible for the administration of all doctoral programmes at the university.
- Full Neptun administration for students: enrollment, issuing official certificates, student ID administration
- Follow-up of the fulfillment of subject requirements, issuing of the absolutorium
- Signing training contracts with students
- Organizing meetings of the Doctoral School Council, preparing presentations, keeping minutes
- Complex handling of doctoral pre-defense debates both in person and online.
- Full organization and management of the admission procedure, the comprehensive exam and public academic events of the doctoral schools
- Customer service (also online), providing information and assistance to students, professors, supervisors, sending out newsletters, maintaining address lists
- External and internal correspondence, photocopying, scanning, file management, communication with other university organizations
- Compiling content for the websites of the doctoral schools
- User-level knowledge of Neptun, Dream Apply and MS Teams systems.

- You have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- User-level knowledge of the Neptun system
- Confident knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
