The Role
AMS in collaboration with Morgan Stanley is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their Budapest Campus Recruitment team. You will be responsible for the execution of intern programmes, selection process and marketing events on campus for Finance, Internal Audit and Human Resources divisions of the client in Budapest.
Morgan Stanley is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services.
This is a hybrid work model which means you are required to work from the client's office 3 days a week in Budapest, therefore you must be able to travel to the office location to meet this demand.
Key Accountabilities
Attraction and Recruitment Strategy- In partnership with the Campus team Lead, Graduate Recruiters contribute to the recruitment, attraction and events strategy for all Morgan Stanley’s divisions
- Attend events on and off campus on behalf of Morgan Stanley as required
- Work closely with the respective teams on diversity campus recruitment initiatives
- Effectively work with School Teams on raising the division’s profile at target campuses
- Arrange and monitor divisional representation and analyse data for end of season debriefs (and deliver these to key stakeholders)
- Responsibility for Intern first day experience, support divisional intern programmes
Responsible for the successful delivery of Morgan Stanley’s Campus recruitment selection process. This includes:
- Ensuring business representatives are briefed and receive all relevant information to perform the selection process
- Tracking hotlist candidates from events and monitoring their progress alongside Campus Coordinator and key stakeholders
- Managing interview days and assessment centres alongside other Recruiters and Coordinators
- Leading and managing roundtable hiring discussions
- The effective delivery of the sell process to get intern offers accepted to meet hiring targets
- Working alongside responsible teams to onboard campus hires
- Regularly reviewing divisional assessment materials and processes to ensure they meet business requirements
- Auditing hiring reports to ensure divisional data is accurate
- Analysing current reports to adjust or improve existing processes
- Keep up to date with current and impending legislation, developments and changes in the graduate market and propose changes to graduate recruiting policies and practices
- Share divisional best practices with the wider EMEA Campus Recruitment Teams
- Undertake team projects and ad hoc requests as required by the Budapest Campus Team Lead
Skills & Experience
What do I need to succeed in this role?- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience as a recruiter in the early careers and campus division.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Hungarian.
- Experience working within financial services industry or for an Investment Bank is a big plus.
- A good understanding of the early careers and campus recruitment landscape.
- Strong diplomacy and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle working in a fast-paced environment yet maintaining a high level of detail.
- Demonstrated client service focus.
- High-level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to develop relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and senior professionals internally and externally.
