Back Office Team Leader

About the Role
Our Back Office team provides essential support to our Energy Origination & Trading (O&T) and Energy Sales departments, ensuring smooth and efficient processes as well as high level customer service. Being a vital link between our clients and internal teams, you will assume responsibility for client communication, generating detailed reports for the management, liaising with local energy authorities and regulators while following current trends and legislation in the energy sector. Key Responsibilities
Planning and managing tasks for the Back Office team

Providing exceptional customer service, communications and sales support
-
Ensuring accurate and timely compliance with internal guidelines, processes and policies
Ensuring effective cooperation and support between the Energy Trading team and the rest of the organisation, as well as with external partners and institutions, e.g. DSOs, TSOs
- Overseeing billing, invoicing and payroll processes
Supervising the verification process for documentation provided by clients, ensuring accuracy and completion
Overseeing the preparation of reports and documents for both internal use and for external contractors and institutions
Managing the maintenance and archiving of documentation
Monitoring training for external and internal clients, partners etc. in the services we provide
Entering and updating data in form systems, including Enova, and our internal NOC system
Management of sales and commercial contracts, including preparation of drafts, annexes, amendments to contracts, and more
Identifying and establishing relationships and cooperation with financing entities
Qualifications and Experience
Required
A minimum of three years of experience in a Back Office or Sales Support position, preferably in the renewable energy or energy utility market
Previous experience leading a small-to-medium-sized team
A minimum of three years of experience in a Back Office or Sales Support position, preferably in the renewable energy or energy utility market

Fluent Hungarian and a strong command of English (min. B2)
- Responsibility, self-reliance and punctuality
Minimum high school education
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially MS Excel (including IF functions, pivot tables, and vertical searches)
Good understanding of the Hungarian energy market and the ability to efficiently resolve industry-specific issues, such as invoicing delays, etc.
Ability to provide high-quality customer service
Excellent organisational and teamwork skills
Previous experience leading a small-to-medium-sized team

Experience working with DSOs and/or TSOs in Hungary
- Previous experience managing OTC trades
