We are the property management company of a real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and are currently seeking a candidate to take up the position of:

Responsibilities:
Provide assistance in handling routine repair and maintenance works

Provide assistance in arranging Capex works

Handle document and contracts relating to R & M and Capex works

Requirements:
Holder of Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering or equivalent

Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (REW: Grade A)

5 years relevant working experience in E&M field especially in maintenance field

Experience in operations in commercial premises is an advantage

Willing to work under pressure

Strong coordination and communication skills

Candidate with less experience/qualification will be considered as Technical Officer
