We are the property management company of a real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and are currently seeking a candidate to take up the position of:

Job Responsibilities:
Assist Manager to manage a portfolio of properties

Maintain good relationship with tenants and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner

Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate smooth operations

Prepare reports and budgets, discharge administrative duties and assist in budgetary control

Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Holder of diploma or above, preferably major in Surveying / Property Management / Language Studies

With relevant working experience is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive and eager to learn

Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
