• Support the end-to-end management of enterprise-wide programmes for talent development in IT-related skills assessment, training, and certification. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create and execute educational activities and materials tailored to the digital transformation and development needs of the Group and 10 BUs
• Act as the training administrator for all training platforms to create training modules and training paths for different roles, and work with Group HR and vendors to perform testing, enhance the process of all IT assessment, training and certification results tracking, follow up enrolments for both IT and non-IT staff and act as the main contact point for staff’s enquiry

• Assist in planning, creating, and driving IT training and certification programmes to ensure staff are enabled based on their job roles
• Support the implementation of IT training solutions (various platforms and formats) for the Group and 10 BUs that align with their IT skills maturity
• Allocate exam vouchers and digital learning subscription to eligible employees, track usage and improve results, ensure training resources are well utilised
• Enhance resources utilization by tracking and analysing usage and results, provide solutions for continuous improvement
• Manage promotion and communications channels of Technology Academy to Group and 10 BUs to foster the culture of cloud-native and technology-driven in the organisation, across 6500+ staff
• Craft and deliver content for programme updates and resources, ensuring regular communication through various channels, including the Technology Academy Employee Portal, Gen AI Learning Hub, Group Technology and Operations monthly emails and Workplace
• Collaborate with different teams for event organisation and promotion, such as Hackathon
• Responsible for end-to-end communication and logistics arrangement with training participants and their line manager with certification exam preparation resources to secure promising exam passing rate
• Create and monitor training and education event surveys and gather from other communication channels, ensure delivery is always up to our standards and liaise with vendors to advocate the needs internally for continuous enhancement
• Play a part to collect feedback, perform results analysis and propose actions to Director, Technology Academy to ensure the programmes meet their expectation, influence and support them to achieve agreed targets

• 3+ years’ experience in project/program/event management or communications role
• Relevant degree programme of study and/or
• Experience in insurance/finance/IT industry
• Cloud/project management certification
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to assess the current IT skill gap to develop, coordinate and implement programme to meet the enablement objectives
• Project Management skills; planning, prioritizing, budgeting, managing team and administering work
• Solid knowledge in IT skills /technologies education and enablement standards and practices
• Manage projects in Agile approach
• Exemplify good interpersonal communication skills at all levels of business users, IT, partners and vendors
• Good command of spoken and written English
