Responsibility

To deal with internal and external parties on planning of the renovation /new store projects;

Handle full set of working and presentation drawings

Handle the concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender documents and construction documents

To assist on supervising and monitoring contractors on renovation projects;

To carry out quotation / tender preparation, consolidation and reviews;

To carry out regular site inspections and prepare corresponding inspection reports;

To assist in planning & controlling renovation budget

Work closely with internal users & external consultants to manage and ensure smooth and timely delivery of fitting out projects

Assist the team in ad hoc assignments

Requirement

Higher Diploma or above in Building Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines;

At least 5 years’ relevant solid experience in handling renovation projects;

Experience in retail building renovation projects

Familiar in FEHD licensing application is an advantage;

Attention to detail, organized, responsible, multi-tasking, able to work independently and able to work under pressure;

Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese;

Proficient in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up and MS software
