The Company currently runs 14 branches across Hong Kong with over 1,000 employees.

The Marketing Officer will join a team under Marketing Department and report to Marketing Manager (CRM). S/he will handle member app promotion and take part in designing new CRM solutions, as well as ensuring e Shop operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Marketing duties:
Maintain daily operation on YATA-Fans mobile app and YATA e Shop

Execute CRM and e Shop marketing campaigns in line with brand direction

Work with Merchandising dept. and Group CRM for members’ offers

Advise design team to maximize content strategy on marketing material

Evaluate CRM campaign effectiveness & prepare reports

Work closely and provide support to CS team for customers’ enquiries on app or e Shop promotion

CRM System duties:
Develop data-driven, segment-focused campaigns and marketing automation journeys to build customer loyalty

Take part in CRM system enhancement projects to optimize system capabilities to support marketing campaigns

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science related discipline

1-2 years of experience in any retail/ marketing field. More experience will be considered as Senior Officer

Experience in CRM / analytic software will be highly preferred

Analytical minded, sensitive to figures & logical

Self-motivated, independent with strong communication skill

Retail marketing experience would be advantageous

Good command of both of English and Chinese

Proficiency in PC applications e.g. social media platforms, MS Office and Chinese word-processing
