The Job

Lead a team of receptionists on day-to-day operations and maintain smooth operations in restaurant

Provide high quality services to the guests

Be able to coach and develop staff to achieve company goals

Handle guests' enquiries and complaints by phone or e-mail in a positive and professional manner

Closely communicate with internal parties for the complaint investigation and follow up with the customers proactively

What You Need

At least 3 - 5 years of experience in supervisory experience in F&B industry

Excellent problem solving skills along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation

Positive, passionate, self-motivated, able to work independently and with management skills

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Handle guests' enquiries and complaints by phone or e-mail in a positive and professional manner

Closely communicate with internal parties for the complaint investigation and follow up with the customers proactively
