Responsibilities

Edit or write manuscripts and contents for print and electronic materials

Liaise with designers and freelancers to ensure timely production of assigned titles

Supervise junior staff and monitor their work

Assist in promotional activities and conduct school visits

Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

University graduate in English, Translation, Education or related discipline

A minimum of 3 years’ editorial or related experience, experience with textbook writing is an advantage

Relevant teaching experience preferred

Familiar with the local English curriculum

Good understanding of the development of e-learning resources is an advantage

Excellent command of Chinese and English, both verbal and written

Strong self-motivation, detail-orientation, and ability to work independently under schedule constraints

Proficiency in Computer software, Microsoft Office of Word, Excel, Power Point etc
