Co-Creation -- Impact Giving

Project Manager (Ref No: HKCSS/118/2024)

One-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:
Manage funding schemes to enable co-creation and social innovation in addressing social challenges, with incubation and capacity building programmes for funded projects;

Proactively reach out to funders, investors, pro bono service providers, consultants and other relevant stakeholders to leverage resources in driving social impact;

Plan, coordinate and implement digital marketing and social media promotion;

Plan and organize events to promote multi-stakeholder partnerships;

Assist supervisor in building a culture of co-creation among the team.

Requirements:
Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Social Entrepreneurship, Public Administration, Communications, Social Work or related fields;

Experience in project management, grant administration, business development or related roles preferred;

Passionate in making positive impact and advancing societal well-being;

Collaborative and growth mindset. Problem-solving and analytical skills;

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively;

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

Familiar with NGO sector, social enterprise community and funders/social investors’ network is an advantage;

Candidates with lower qualifications will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
