Responsibilities:
Coordinate ABWF subcontractor's shop drawings, structural calculation, material submission.
Responsible for ABWF programming, coordination of subcontractors' programme.
Conduct material samples and technical information check.
Manage subcontractors' office and field works
Monitor site progress and carry out site inspection and testing of all ABWF works.
Coordinate with the internal project team in daily supervision of site works.
Prepare works record, technical submission (e.g. method statements of ABWF and site queries related to ABWF design's constructability issues, etc.) and application documents for permits.
Gather data, compile reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions where required.
Handle quality assurance and provide feedback to the team.
Handle complaints from stakeholders regarding any nuisances caused by site works, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:
Degree/Higher Diploma in Building/Construction or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in projects with interior fitting out work.
Computer skill in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Adobe Acrobat/Photoshop/Illustrator. Basic detail drawing design capability and shop drawing review capability. Familiar with BD statute, and Hong Kong local construction technical knowledge.
Good command in English & Chinese, preferred in Mandarin
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator while applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator
