Your role:
Participate in the credit card project
Assist in liaising with business users, vendor, and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
Assist in gathering and analysing user requirement into functional specifications
Assist in executing user acceptance testing including test planning, execution, and defect management
Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities
Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor / manager

We look for:
Degree holder in Business Management, IT or related disciplines
3 years or above in product development and/or business analysis and/or system analysis experiences
Some experience in software testing including planning, execution, and result document
Crypto knowledge and project experience are preferred
Previous working in Fintech industry is preferred
Strong business analysis skills on requirement gathering and documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under dynamic environment and multi-tasking
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Product Development
