Your Role:
Lead and manage the Dev Ops team
Manage the day-to-day performance and shift arrangement of the team.
Oversee the implementation, deployment, integration of solutions and manage technical operations.
Design, build and maintain a stable and efficient infrastructure to optimise service delivery
Manage production and development servers operation including developing scripts to automate Dev Ops functions, monitoring solutions, deployment, performance monitoring and code modifications validation, etc.

We look for:
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related disciplines
Min. 8 years of experience in product development and Dev Ops
Min. 5 years of experience in AWS operations and deployment
Familiar with deployment, configuration management and Dev Ops tools like Jenkins, K8S Config Map, GIT, JIRA, etc.
Excellent programming and scripting skill, such as Shell Script (is a must), Python/Node.js/Go, etc.
Possesses high level understanding in the areas of API, databases, and system design
Demonstrated ability in people management, risk management, and project management, etc.
Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work, both personally and at a team level
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to work on standby shift if necessary
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Dev Ops
