Summary

We are currently looking for a skilled Planning Engineer with expertise in Primavera P6 to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.

Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure project timelines are realistic and achievable.

Analyze project progress and identify potential delays, proposing corrective actions as needed.

Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and critical paths.

Assist in resource allocation and optimization to enhance project efficiency.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

Support the project team in planning and scheduling activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English

Ability to lead, coordinate, negotiate and know how to take decisions when necessary
