Responsibilities:
Assist the Assistant Manager to responsible for the daily operation in Peony Chinese Restaurant

Provide high standard of service and handle guests’ enquiries at reception

Assist in planning and execution of special events and banquet functions

Supervise the team members in arranging their work schedule and roster

Ensure and control the suppliers and products meet our company standards

Requirements :
Diploma or above, graduated in Hospitality Management will be an advantage

4 years relevant experience in clubs, hotels or restaurants industry

Excellent guest interaction skill, communication skill and customer services skill

Pleasant, service-oriented and outgoing personality

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Working Location: Discovery Bay
