National Hotels are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to help us provide our guests with exceptionally thoughtful hospitality. We operate 4 upmarket boutique hotels at the heart of Hong Kong Island: The Putman, The Jervois, 99 Bonham, and One96.

To cope with our expansion plans, we are now inviting high caliber candidates to join our group.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude

Availability for shift work

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese

Familiarity with Opera/Operetta system is an advantage

HOUSEKEEPING

General housekeeping duties, including guest room cleaning and replenishing room amenities

Handling basic guest inquiries

Preferred candidates will have graduated from a hospitality training institute

Proactive, hardworking, and customer-oriented

TECHNICAL / ENGINEERING

Monitoring, repairing, and maintaining hotel equipment and providing ancillary maintenance and repair services

Good interpersonal skills, pleasant with a strong sense of responsibility
