要求：
1. 大專畢業 (傳播、商業管理、公共管理、行銷、新聞、公共關係、政治)
2. 至少 8 年在大型媒體機構的傳播工作經驗，以及至少 3 年在大型商業機構擁的管理層經驗，制定策略、管理宣傳和推廣項目
3. 擁有政府或公共機構工作經驗者優先考慮
4. 良好的中文書寫能力和普通話溝通能力
職責：
1. 制定、發展及執行全面及策略性的宣傳及品牌建立計劃，以提高公眾對文化體育及旅遊局工作及措施的認識及參與
2. 在香港及內地發展及推行網上、網下及社交媒體的市場推廣活動
3. 製作企業傳訊內容，包括闡明企業訊息，以及為不同平台（如印刷媒體、數碼社交媒體等）製作高質素及經深入研究的宣傳資料
4. 緊貼網上及社交媒體的市場推廣趨勢，檢討及改善推出的市場推廣活動
5. 協調文化體育及旅遊局內部及其他內部持份者，以達致協同效應，推廣不同的政策措施，並將外展工作擴展至社區、新聞界及其他外界持份者
6. 執行各種編輯職務，以提高內部利益相關者所追求的交付品質。
Requirements:
1. completed tertiary education in Communications, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Politics or other related disciplines;
2. at least 8 years’ solid post-qualification working experience in mass communication or corporate communication in a large media organisation, and at least 3 years’ experience at managerial level formulating and implementing strategies and managing multiple publicity and promotional campaigns/projects in a large commercial organisation
3. working experience in the Government or public organisations is preferred;
4. good writing skills in Chinese and communication skills in Putonghua
Responsibilities:
1. To formulate, develop and implement a comprehensive and strategic publicity and brand-building plan for CSTB with a view to increasing public awareness and engagement on CSTB’s work and initiatives.
2. To develop and implement online, offline and social media marketing campaigns in Hong Kong and the Mainland.
3. To create corporate communication content, including articulation of corporate messages and development of high quality and well-researched promotion materials for various platforms, such as printed media, digital social media etc.
4. To keep abreast with online and social media marketing trends and review and improve the marketing campaigns being rolled out.
5. To coordinate within CSTB and other internal stakeholders in achieving synergy for promoting different policy initiatives and to extend outreach efforts to the community, press and other outside stakeholders.
6. To perform various editorial duties to contribute to the quality of deliverables being pursued by internal stakeholders
