This is a great opportunity to use QA, Food Science/Nutrition background to implement international FSSC and ISO standards at a dynamic HK based Food Factory to facilitate exports to Macau.
Job Description:

• Plan, implement and report all Quality Assurance tasks required by FSSC22000v6 and ISO22000:2018 in order to comply and maintain certification as required by future food service and retail clients in Macau,
• Prepare product information for new customers and export docs to Macau including technical sheets, labels, export documents such as process flows and other compliance documentation.
• Complete full sets of QA documentation for new customer signup and attend Macau client audits of Food Safety Management System FSMS as required.
• Oversee all new product labtests and FSMS docs and interpret results to comply with standards for new products and FSSC22000v6 & ISO22000 requirements.
• Prepare samples and implement labtest and shelf-life tests for items prior to export shipment.
• Provide internal audit support throughout the year in order to maintain FSSC & ISO certification and meet customer requirements.
• Alert customers to any changes in product and production.
• Provide ongoing information and support to Macau customers QA staff and chefs.
• Liase with the HK CFS and Macau authorities to assure products meet necessary standards for export to the market.
• Other tasks from time to time coordinated with management

Location: Successful Applicant will be required to work in Tin Wan (Aberdeen). Please do not apply if this location is not suitable.
Skills:

• English is required and good knowledge of Cantonese & Mandarin is preferred. Other languages are always beneficial.
• Scientific background and studies in nutrition, biology, chemistry, hygeine, audit techniques, culinary and food production
• Good knowledge of EXCEL and ability to use/learn Inventory Management software
• Hygeine Manager/Supervisor qualification is a benefit

Pay: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
