工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and organizing a STEM exposure project for local schools, duties including but not limited to the following duties -

• To monitor and execute the project tasks to ensure the work is completed in accordance with project specifications and requirements

• To develop, fine-tune and deliver STEM teaching content for teachers and students

• To manage the project from applicant recruitment, operation to impact assessment

• To maintain partnerships and connections with donors, teachers, universities, companies, alumni and other stakeholders in order to provide the most valuable experience to the youths

• To occasionally lead youth on exchange tours to Mainland China

• To perform any other duties as required by the Federation

入職要求 Entry Requirements

主修科目 Study Fields：

• Recognized University Degree with technology or science discipline preferable
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in curriculum development and / or education and / or project management or equivalent

知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

• Detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid experience in organizing STEM courses or activities
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• At least 3 years of work experience

• Passionate to work with youth and STEM education
• Persistent, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• A good team player, outgoing and energetic with strong leadership
• Eager to keep abreast of the latest science and technology development

• Candidates are required to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) as the job duties involve frequent contact with children
