Job Description:
This position provides you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to our Legal Department.
Job Responsibilities:

Handle internal staff’s compliance matters
Provide secretarial and administrative support, such as document processing, filing, data checking and verification
Draft simple correspondence and documents
Assist in preparing work reports
Maintain filing system and data base
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

University graduate of any discipline
Well-organized, meticulous, committed to produce high quality of work
Responsible, enthusiastic and willing to learn
Able to work independently and also a good team player
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
