工作職務:
處理監控警報信息
接聽客戶電話、 處理客戶查詢及跟進客戶之要求
準確地記錄有關資料及部門文職工作
需通宵輪班及公眾假日工作,每月基本值班日18天

Work duty:
Process monitoring alarm information
Answer customer calls, handle inquiries and follow up customer requests
Accurately record relevant information and handle administrative and clerical work
Need to work overnight shifts and public holidays, basic on duty day is 18 days a month

入職要求:
中五或以上程度
擁一年以上工作經驗為佳
具基本中、英文電腦知識, 包括英文打字,Word 及 Excel等,懂中文打字為佳
操流利廣東話,一般英語及普通話應對
持有 "保安人員許可證"及QAS証書 或有電話客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
守時、自律、有責任心、工作勤奮、團隊精神、學習能力、解決問題的能力、能有效率及準確地完成指定工作

Entry requirements:
Secondary Education Form 5 or above
More than one year of work experience is preferred
Basic computer knowledge in Chinese and English, including English typing, Word & Excel. Knowledge of Chinese typing is preferred
Speak fluent Cantonese, general conversation in English and Mandarin
Holder of "Security Personnel Permit" and QAS certificate or telephone customer service experience is preferred
Punctuality, self-discipline and responsibility, hard work, team spirit, learning ability, problem-solving ability, able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
