Responsibilities

Assist with typing of the Banquet and Sales correspondence

Ensure prompt responses to all inquiry through telephone, fax and emails

Work with other departments at all times and assist in carrying out special requirements and duties necessary in adding to the guests’ general comfort and well being

Coordinate with Banquet operations on a timely basis to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Requirements

Higher Diploma holder in hotel, catering or hospitality management

Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a similar capacity

Good selling and negotiation skills with sound and proven record of business contacts

Excellent command of spoken & written English & Chinese
