Location: Club Bodega & La Tradicion Cubana (K11 MUSEA, Tsim Sha Tsiu)
Responsibilities:
At the retail section:
> Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with cigar & wine merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
> Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, balancing drawers and administration duties.
> Increasing in store sales.
> Superior product knowledge.
> Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
> Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
At the smoking bar section:
> Show customers to their seats and present our variety of menu options.
> Advise on the choices for each customer and answer questions.
> Prepare snacks & beverages.
> Serve cigar & beverages to customers.
> Clean up serving utensils e.g. ash tray, dishes, cutlery, cups.
> Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues.
> Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately.
> Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards.
> Deliver checks and accept payment.
> Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.
At both the smoking bar and retail section:
> Responsible for ordering, stocking and managing inventory levels and quality.
> Maintaining an orderly appearance & cleanliness throughout the shop floor.
> Complete daily cleaning schedules of the work area, utensils, equipment, service area, and seating area and carry out other cleaning duties as required.
Requirements:
> Passionate to customer service.
> Acts with integrity and honesty.
> Spoken languages: Cantonese, Mandarin & English ( Communication level: able to deal with customers' needs)
> Have the relevant working visa for Hong Kong.
The benefits:
> 90 HKD per hour (PART TIME/FULL TIME)
> Monthly pay
> 1 to 6 shifts per month (PART TIME)

> Working hours: 10.00am-09.30pm
> 5-6 Working days per week (FULL TIME)
