What You will be Doing

Prepare reports from warehouse operation for supervisor to review

Improve the daily operation process at warehouse, such as reducing the damage and missing rate, customer complaints, pending orders

Manage the stock inventory and alert supervisors if any abnormal movement

Support supervisor for any ad-hoc projects

Who is Our Right Fit

Fresh graduates are welcome

2 years of working experience, preferably in warehouse industry

Proficiency in MS Office - Excel (pivot table and VLOOKUP are must; macros is a plus)

10-hour working between 08:00 and 18:00 (shifts required)

Responsible, detail-minded and good team player

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

Immediate available is preferred

Candidates with more experience may be considered as Operations Office
