Tru Travels is an international travel company aimed at young travellers aged 18-29 based in London, UK.
We’re experiencing massive demand as travellers join our small groups for authentic travel experiences around the world.We’re on the hunt for our next amazing Tru Leaders to help show the best of Europe to our Tru Travellers in 2025.
Our Tru Leaders are NOT like your traditional tour guide. No clipboard and little flag for you! You’ll be part of the group. Living and laughing with them at every stage of the journey. BUT you will also have everything planned perfectly behind the scenes and know all the little facts and information to make their tour life-changing!
We LOVE people who:

• Can chat with anyone, in any place, at any time.
• Can make people feel welcome, safe, and comfortable in a new destination
• Have a passion for showing travellers new places, foods, and experiences
• Are first to breakfast and the last one on the dance floor, you have the energy and stamina to go all day
• Organised and diligent. You double check train tickets, organise buses, and keep to schedule but are flexible and resourceful when things don’t go according to plan Committed to sustainable tourism practices

• Experience

We love if you have
- worked front desk at a hostel or hotel
- run walking tours, bar crawls, pub bingo or other youth focused events
- any people or customer service experience
- travelled Europe!
Don’t work in a hostel? No experience in the travel industry? Don’t worry! We accept applicants from all walks of life. It’s attitude not experience that makes for the best Tru Leader! Let us know how your experience and passion for people makes you perfect!
You can be based anywhere in Europe (so please, apply!) but we are especially on the lookout for candidates living in or close to the following locations
:- London, UK.
- Prague, Czechia.
- Budapest, Hungary.
- Split, Croatia.
- Athens, Greece.
- Rome, Italy.
- Milan, Italy.
While an EU passport is preferred, we will consider applicants with EU working visas. The summer season runs from May until October with training in April. Preference is given to individuals who can commit to the entire season however individual circumstances can be discussed with successful applicants.
