Qualifications: Education
University degree in Social Work from an accredited academic institution with minimum two years of relevant work experience.
Master’s degree in above field an advantage.
License to practice social work.
Membership with the Association of Greek Social Workers would be an advantage.
Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database .

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role preferred;
Familiarity with direct assistance to migrants and/or refugees an advantage;
Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment.
Skills
Computer literacy in standard software applications (MS Office, etc);
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and to keep deadlines.
Languages
Fluency in English and Greek (written and oral) is required.
IOM’s official languages are English, French and Spanish.
Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.
