As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Google & Social Media Ads Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Google & Social Media Ads Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our digital advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for driving impactful results. Your work will directly influence the achievement of our business objectives, ensuring maximum ROI and fostering meaningful connections with our stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

Develop and manage Google Ads, Social Media campaigns to ensure client goals are met or exceeded.

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Create ad copy and landing pages that are optimized for conversion and relevance.

Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

Provide regular performance reports and analysis to the Board of Directors, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and new features or updates within the Google Ads platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and account management to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall client strategies.

Manage the CDM Group accounts simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.

Communicate effectively with different company’s teams to provide updates, recommendations, and address any concerns or questions.

Requirements

3 years of Google Ads/Social Media experience, with proven track record of success

Deep understanding of keyword research

Ability to create high-converting ads

Experience managing large advertising budgets

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Experience with A/B testing and optimization

Familiarity with Google Analytics

Familiarity with Google Tag Manager

A/B Testing – Test and compare ad variations to improve performance

Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates in collaboration with marketing and technical team

Familiarity with Google Looker Studio will be appreciated

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
