PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager for our client, a leading Information Technology company.
Job Profile Summary:
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services to the client, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. This role involves coordinating between various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that service levels are met, while fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in service delivery.

Job Profile Summary:
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services to the client, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. This role involves coordinating between various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that service levels are met, while fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring that they are timely, effective, and compliant with industry standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery to clients, ensuring expectations are understood and met.
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance service delivery in line with client requirements.
- Manage and coach teams responsible for service delivery, ensuring they have the necessary tools and skills to meet objectives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and Project Managers to ensure timely deliveries that meet client expectations
- Prepare and present reports on service performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement best practices in service delivery management, along with risk and issue management strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating to align services with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with service delivery processes in both operational and governance aspects.
- Review deliverables prior to submission to clients, ensuring quality and alignment with project requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to address challenges in service delivery and seek innovative solutions.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in service delivery management, within the Information Technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT principles such as IT Service Management, Information Security, Network & Infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative working environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to handle multiple service delivery projects with varying complexity and priorities.
- English language proficiency is a must.
The following will be highly appreciated:
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in service delivery management (e.g., ITIL certification).
- Familiarity with tools used for service management, reporting, and performance tracking.
