Sales Support Assistant (based in Patras)

Key responsibilities:
- Providing daily customer service via phone calls and emails to ELT professionals.
- Efficiently registering orders and managing the processing of all orders with precision and timeliness.
- Collaborating with our sales department to follow up on open orders.
- Addressing customer complaints and delivering after-sales support upon request.
- Supporting the sales team by furnishing relevant data and reports tailored to the ELT sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in English language & literature or relevant field.
- Demonstrating an excellent written and spoken command of English; (possession of a C2 level certification)
- Relevant work experience, particularly in the ELT sector, will be considered a significant asset.
- Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency and experience in Excel and office software applications. Familiarity with ERP systems will be highly beneficial.
- Being a team player with a strong dedication to cooperation.
- Demonstrating organizational skills and responsibility, with a problem-solving aptitude.
