Intercool Hellas SA, a leading company in Commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning sector, is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, hard working and insightful Key Account Sales Representative with solid experience in the Refrigeration - Air Conditioning sector.
Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for the sales of Commercial Refrigeration & Air-conditioning units in Greece.
The Role:
· Presents, promotes and sells products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
· Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
· Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
· Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling.
· Expedites the resolution of customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.
· Achieves agreed sales targets by respecting time schedules
· Coordinates sales efforts with other team members and other departments
· Analyzes the territory/market potential, tracks sales and status reports
· Supplies Management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
· Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Essential Qualifications
· University Degree in International Sales / Marketing / Business Administration or Engineering or relevant field, Master’s Degree will be an asset.
· Fluent English & Greek (written and spoken)
· Computer literacy (Microsoft Suite proficient user)
· Results oriented
· Analytical & synthetic skills
