Main Responsibilities include:
Order Management:

• Process incoming customer orders across multiple channels (e.g., e-commerce platforms, phone, email, and internal systems).
• Review order details for accuracy, including product selection, quantities, and shipping information.
• Monitor the status of orders, ensuring timely processing and communication of any issues or delays.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Perform regular checks on stock availability, updating orders as necessary to reflect inventory levels.
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with the sales, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure proper stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Provide feedback on potential improvements in the order fulfillment process and customer service experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production planning, order desk, or a related role.
• Strong reporting skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in EPR systems, SAP, Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
