You will conduct internal control testing across all Coca-Cola Hellenic countries and assist in the presentation of findings/deficiencies and reports to senior management in Countries and Group. You will be responsible for planning and performance of internal control testing, preparing formal reports, proposing recommendations, and agreeing on management actions for all findings/deficiencies.

Work model: Remote/Hybrid
You will conduct internal control testing across all Coca-Cola Hellenic countries and assist in the presentation of findings/deficiencies and reports to senior management in Countries and Group. You will be responsible for planning and performance of internal control testing, preparing formal reports, proposing recommendations, and agreeing on management actions for all findings/deficiencies.
As an Internal Controls Team we:

- Take a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and driving best practices
- Are solutions-focused, working to strengthen processes that enhance transparency and accountability
- Embrace continuous learning to stay ahead of evolving regulations and industry standards
- Work cross-functionally to support business goals while maintaining the highest control standards
- Have or currently pursue a university degree
- Have minimum 2 years of relevant operational and finance experience, and/or Auditing/Accounting experience, FMCG environment experience highly desirable.
- Have very strong oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Have an advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
- Preferably, have knowledge of SAP.
- Preferably, have ACA, ACCA or CIA certification at least in process of completion.
- you take part in planning and performing of internal control testing as per the Internal control Framework.
- you generate system information and conduct appropriate analysis.
- you prepare quality internal control workpapers.
- you ensure compliance with Group policies, local regulations, the Group Internal Control Framework and Group best practices.
- you ensure timely delivery of internal control reports.
- you embody the ideals of company policies and procedures and the Code of Business Conduct.
