About the position
As Key Account Manager Professional Chains & Industrial your objective is to jointly develop the customer's business, stepping up to a more concept driven collaboration, and to proactively seek for new business opportunities within & outside the existing customer & product portfolio.
The scope is a New Business development /customer portfolio within the Greek Foodservice channel, with a focus on the main International& Local Key chains, Key accounts in various Industrial & Food manufacturing.
Your main responsibilities:
- You analyze the market and customer data, exchange on your customer, market insights with sales and marketing whilst mapping them with our ambition and strategy. Then you will translate them into business and account plans meeting existing needs and creating new ones.
- You dare to jump into ambition and opportunities, and show accountability accordingly.
- You drive both volume and profit.
To be a Key Account Manager:
- Putting customer needs at the first place.
- Driving and executing the account plans to deliver against budget.
- Building customer relationships, applying a contact matrix framework
- Positioning Flora Food Group as the branded and concept driven partner in our core categories and implementing our must win battles as part through the account plans.
- Developing a long-term profitable volume growth.
- Negotiating solid counterparts for investments.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
Minimum of 5 years progressive sales experience, to include large strategic account management.
Experience in Industrial food service market- Food Chains or Horeca segments is preferred.
Must demonstrate experience in large, complex account management, multi-stakeholder models, and confidence in working cross-functionally to deliver upon business goals.
Proficiency in identifying market trends and implications to top line, gross margin and volume targets.
Able to work with finance business partners to develop sustainable, profitable business for each customer.
Ability to link industry trends to customer needs and Flora Food Professional strategy, developing specific customer strategies over a significant time horizon.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools/ applications and CRM tools.
Exceptional organizational, communication, financial and time management skills.
Fluent Greek and English.
