Key responsibilities:
ü Videography and Multimedia Production

• Conduct research and craft compelling story compositions for events, campaigns, and product instructions.
• Develop storyboards, gather footage, and ensure optimal formatting for different platforms.
• Execute post-production processes including color grading, animated typography, editing, montage, and rendering for final distribution.

ü Social Media Design

• Analyze competitive landscapes to create innovative content strategies.
• Design platform-optimized visuals, ensuring accurate dimensions and brand alignment.
• Oversee typography management, file organization, and timely campaign delivery.
• Design or source necessary illustrations, implement core motion graphics, and finalize animations for delivery

ü Collaborate with the COCO-MAT Group subsidiary brands:
· Create cohesive, high-impact visual designs to elevate the group's brand identity across various channels
· Support the product Packaging Design when needed
ü Global Market Projects
· Coordinate and deliver projects for international markets, including video animations, social media campaigns, and in-store materials.
· Collaborate with markets like the U.S., China, Japan, Europe (France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands), and more
Qualifications:
· A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
· Proven experience in graphic design
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and related tools
· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling
· Experience in international markets and working with diverse cultural contexts is a plus
Competencies Required
Technical Skills:Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premier and an understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
Creative Thinking:Ability to conceptualize unique designs that resonate with the target audience while adhering to brand guidelines.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and vendors
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
