COCO-MAT group, an innovative Greek company in the field of natural sleep, is looking for a highly energetic, passionate, and responsible new member for its Marketing team and specifically for the position of:

Product Manager

As a Product Manager at COCO-MAT, you will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle management of our premium and luxury product lines. The position involves collaboration across various departments to ensure product optimization, effective communication, and alignment with the brand's strategic goals. This role demands a proactive approach to market trends, inventory management, and supplier relationships, ensuring a seamless delivery of exceptional products to customers worldwide. You will also work closely with domestic and international retail stores, franchisees, and hospitality department to provide comprehensive product support.

Key Responsibilities

Α ) Product Development and Launch

Conduct market research and competitor analysis and review industry trends.

Lead the launch of new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Create and update product informational materials, ensuring they include all necessary details. Distribute these materials to own stores, franchises, and shop-in-shops in Greece and internationally, for both retail and hospitality sectors.

B) Strategic Initiatives

Contribute to the brand's strategy, ensuring a cohesive vision of premium and luxury positioning.

Propose and implement strategies for product portfolio rationalization, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.

Responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing store promotions at both local and international levels.

Responsible for the design, planning, and execution of the budget for the upcoming year. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring alignment with business goals, and monitoring budget performance throughout the year to ensure financial targets are met

C) Retail & Franchisee Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for addressing store inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to both local and international department requests regarding product availability, specifications, and inventory needs.

Facilitate seamless communication between stores and internal departments, providing updates on new product launches, promotions, and changes in product offerings

D) Inventory and Sales Analysis

Analyze product sales and provide actionable insights.

Oversee and ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus

Minimum of 2 years in product management or a similar role

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written

Experience in developing product

Soft skills:
Strong organizational and project management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration

Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

A high degree of personal initiative and willingness to learn
