We are looking for a self-motivated and inspired District Sales Manager at Thessaloniki. It is a field-based role and will report directly to the Area Sales Manager. If you excel at leading a sales team, delivering customer-centric solutions and collaborating cross-functionally, this role could be perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of sales representatives in the designated district.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensuring the successful execution of promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Conducting regular performance reviews and providing targeted coaching to the sales team.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Preparing reports for upper management.
• Traveling frequently within the district to support the sales team.
• Manages effectively team and budget/cost focused on priorities to deliver on business plan. Plans, monitors and reports team activities accurately, in line with our standards;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of managing a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Building efficient relations with various internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
