What you will do:
As a Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our Business Analytics Team, where curiosity, innovation, and growth are at the core of our work. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to help transform raw data into actionable insights that will shape business decisions and strategies.
With new ambitious projects and initiatives launching this year, you’ll be involved in meaningful work that impacts both local and international operations of NN Hellas.
Your day-to-day:

Use SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources and process the data using advanced techniques and provide insights.

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports to upgrade the organization's reporting and analytical capabilities.

Customer & Portfolio regular reporting activities.

Collaborate with various departments to provide ad-hoc data analysis & insights that serve as base for key decision-making.

Work in cross functional teams on exciting Data & Artificial Intelligence Projects.

Stay current on new tools, trends, and technologies to continuously improve our data processes.

Serve as an ambassador for Data Analytics – visualization, reporting and automation.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.

Ideally 5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or related role. However, if you have the technical proficiency with SQL and advanced Data Analysis techniques, as well as experience with Python, we encourage you to apply even if you don't have this level of experience.

Full proficiency in SQL and advanced techniques for extracting and analyzing data. If you also use / have use Python for these type of tasks, it is highly valuable. Familiarity with other Data Science concepts and tools would be considered a plus.

A good working knowledge of Power BI or similar tools, for creating and maintaining customized dashboards.

Ability to interpret business needs into data-driven solutions.

Proven track record of turning data into actionable insights.

Familiarity with business and customer analytics

Great communication skills: You'll be collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to help transform raw data into actionable insights. This requires excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

Curiosity and innovation: Curiosity and a passion for innovation are key traits for success in this role. You'll be working on exciting Data & Artificial Intelligence Projects, so having a natural curiosity and a desire to learn and explore new tools and technologies is essential.

Attention to detail: As a Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialist, you'll be working with large and complex data sets. Having a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data is important to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights and reports.
