About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to create and develop a new clientele portfolio in the Ho Re Ca sector, driving the growth of business in Northern Greece. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales and client management to position products and services as the preferred choice in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in the Ho Re Ca channel and understand their specific needs and challenges
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies
- Negotiate and finalize agreements, including formulating tailored offers for selected products to new clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that support business growth and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver regular reports analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for senior management
- Participate in conferences to discover and implement new growth opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the cleaning solutions sector
- Strong understanding of the Ho Re Ca market dynamics and client needs in Northern Greece
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales tracking and reporting
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities
