Role Overview
The Barista is responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders and ensuring Cultivos Coffee standards are met to the highest level.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a genuine smile and a willingness to assist.
• Preparing and serving high-quality coffees, drinks, and snacks.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and neat workplace.
• Ensuring all guest needs are met, actively asking for feedback, and striving for the highest guest satisfaction.
• Restocking and replenishing inventory and supplies to ensure smooth service.
• Managing billing by processing correct transactions and handling cash or credit card payments appropriately.
• Demonstrating excellent knowledge of all bar and snack menus, promotions, and special offers.
• Upselling drinks and food items to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista
• Coffee knowledge and relevant certifications needed

• Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of services
